	Kieffer, Chuck & Joy	I sharing this every month... but so many things could be answered just by finding dollars. Doing what we do with no full time staff is like walking on water. I know in my heart that if we just had the full time staff we could develop the volunteers, mentors and discipleship needed to accomplish the goals. We sweat blood sometimes, make huge personal sacrifices to accomplish the littlest things. I lost a youth leader who I invested in, trained, because I could not fund the position... I need a school building (Gym) but all of them in our community are $200-$300 a week for just one night of use. We could have a remote service launched in just a couple of weeks if we have the staff and equipment that we know immediately would add another 50 + people to our core. Its all about having the resources to accomplish the task.	3/22/2008
	Lewman, Rich & Collene	We are praying about doing a community wide food drive in the fall. This is a big project but there is a real need. We are praying for guidance and wisdom in planning if this is what God wants us to do. We are also planning a fall "Kick-off" campaign and will need to raise some funds to pull this off in an effective way.	1/23/2008
